2 Die 4 Live Foods was officially established in 2004 by Clive Lawler. Through his love for ‘slow foods’, Clive began to delve deeper in to the world of ‘eating to heal’. The deeper Clive delved, the further he found himself drawn to the ancient technique of fermentation. Beginning with fermented walnuts, the range quickly grew to include almonds, and pecans. It now includes over 20 products, all carefully fermented in 2 Die 4 Live Food’s commercial premises located in Byron Bay, NSW.
2 Die 4 Live Foods Activated Organic Paleo Muesli, made to a traditional recipe found somewhere inscribed on a rock. Some believe it to be over 10,000 years old! All that aside, it tastes good and that’s what really matters right?
