The deeper Clive delved, the further he found himself drawn to the ancient technique of fermentation. Beginning with fermented walnuts, the range quickly grew to include almonds, and pecans. It now includes over 20 products, all carefully fermented in 2 Die 4 Live Food’s commercial premises located in Byron Bay, NSW.
