Rose Quartz Tumble
Rose Quartz, the powerful healing crystal of unconditional love, peace and harmony. This crystal is a member of the Quartz family and is pink in colour. Thought to draw off negative energies, it also aids in the acceptance of change and forgiveness.
On a physical level, it may assist with purifying and rejuvenating the body.

As our crystals do receive, retain and transmit energy from each person that has been in contact, we recommend cleansing and recharging your crystals when they arrive in your care. Our favourite way to cleanse and charge a crystal is through setting an intention.
Crystal Cleansing and Charging through Intention:
- Find a quiet moment and space where you will be free of outside disturbances.
- Hold your crystal gently in both hands.
- Close your eyes and silently in your mind, or alternatively quietly whisper to your crystal, your intention for your crystal and why you have chosen to share your energy with each other.
- Using your mind’s eye, imagine the energy of others that have handled your crystal, being released back to the Universe.
- Once you have completed this ritual, thank the Universe for your precious crystal and continue on with your day.
