How do I get free delivery?
All orders over $100 weighing less than 5kg, automatically qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
At this point in time, we do not ship internationally
How much is postage?
We currently offer a flat rate of $13.95 Australia Wide for parcels less than 5kg.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order has been processed and despatched, your order will generally take up to 7 business days (dependent upon your location). Please refer to our Buying Group page for details of closing dates.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been despatched, you will be provided with tracking details by email.
Can I pick up from Health 4 the Future?
We love to meet with our customer's however pick up is only by appointment.
What if my parcel goes missing?
If your parcel appears to be stuck in transit for longer than expected time frames, please send us an email so that we can lodge and enquiry with the carrier. If the package has gone missing due to an incorrect address provided to H4TF, there will be a re-delivery fee of $13.95 to have the item resent once it is located.
Can my parcel be left at my doorstep if I am not home?
Australia Post does require a signature upon delivery. However if you would prefer for your parcel to be left safely, please indicate this in the comments section of your order. Please note, if you have elected Authority to Leave and items go missing, we cannot replace them. This selection is completely at your own risk
Returns and Exchanges
What is H4TF's return policy
At Health 4 the Future, we ensure that we are providing a superior health product. We are happy to exchange any products, however we do not offer a refund unless the product purchased is deemed faulty. Please note the following: Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after 3o days of the purchase date Products must be in as new condition (cannot be used, damaged or soiled) and must be in their original packaging. Requests for exchange, refund or replacement, must be emailed through to firstname.lastname@example.org We will require your name, order number, product name and the reason for the return. Please also indicate whether you are requesting an exchange, refund or replacement. Health 4 the Future will respond to your request within 24 hours. Health 4 the Future reserves the right to deny unreasonable requests. Freight costs incurred to return products (excluding faulty products) is at the cost of the customer. Health 4 the Future cannot be responsible for any damages incurred in transit on returned items. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item for return is packaged sufficiently to avoid any damages. Damaged/faulty items – Health 4 the Future will always undertake extreme care when packing items, however if in the event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item, so that a solution may be arranged for you.

We collect solicited personal information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, join our Rewards Club, purchase a product or fill out a form. Any of the necessary information collected from you may be used to personalise your experience, address feedback, improve our website or to send periodic emails. The email address you provide may be used to send information and updates relating to product updates or company news. All personal information that you provide to Health 4 the Future is stored in our secure database. We do take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. Health 4 the Future does not sell or trade to outside parties your personal information. This does not include third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting Health 4 the Future or providing a service to you. The website does contain links to websites owned and operated by third parties that do not come under Health 4 the Future control. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Health 4 the Future therefore takes no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these sites.
All prices stated on our website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and all orders are processed in Australian dollars (AUD). All prices include GST where applicable. Health 4 the Future accepts payments through PayPal, COD, or direct deposit. Payments through PayPal are processed at the time of ordering. Direct Deposit instructions will be emailed to you, once an order has been placed. Payment details are never stored in our database at any time.
H4TF Buying Group
Membership to our Buying Group is absolutely FREE! Gift/s will be provided upon placement of your first order. Any concerns with your membership should be lodged in writing to email@example.com
Membership to the H4TF Rewards Club is complimentary. $1 is rewarded for every whole $30 spent, to be redeemed on future orders. $1 is rewarded for every 5 written reviews of purchased products. Reviews cannot be on products that you haven’t purchased. $1 is rewarded for every referrral to Health 4 the Future, where the new customer does place an order. Points will not be rewarded should the referral not place an order. A minimum of $40 must be spent in order to redeem points. Gift/s will be provided upon placement of your first order in each level. To remain an active customer, you must place at least one order every month for 12 months. After 12 months of consistent ordering, you may progress to the next level.
