If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change – Wayne Dyer

What if consciously changing your thoughts created a positive shift in your life experiences? What if as a by-product of this positive shift, your health and wellbeing began to improve?

I don’t mean to ‘bash’ weight loss brands – everything serves a purpose in one way or another. But seriously, how many weight loss brands would go out of business if we just simply decided to LOVE who we are?

As always, lets build a healthy lifestyle, not restrictions and fear around food.

Create A Lifestyle Not Restrictions!
All power to Yvie last night on I’m a Celebrity. She showed amazing courage to stand up and speak out. I too wish we lived in a world where our worth wasn’t determined by the size of our pants. How refreshing it would be if instead of promoting the latest fad diet, we encouraged creating a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and one that doesn’t create fear around food!

How many times do you think you’ve found yourself

How many times do you think you’ve found yourself saying “I’ll start on Monday”? 10 times, 30 times, maybe more than 100 times? You start off all gung-ho only to find that days later, the promise you’ve made to yourself has lost its shine and you really can’t be bothered following through.

We tend to keep repeating this same pattern over and over again, caught in a vicious cycle of lame excuses and a putrid belief in our ability to do what we set out to do in the first place.

So why is it that we are the first people that we break our promises to? Seriously, think about it for a moment. Do you break as many promises to your friends? I think not! So is it really okay to keep doing this to ourselves? NOPE IT ABSOLUTELY IS NOT! Promises made to yourself that are continuously broken equal nothing more than lip service to you. It’s time for you to care more about your self-trust and self-respect!

This vicious cycle generally relates to a sub-conscious that is enjoying driving your bus. Over-riding this and taking back the driver’s seat isn’t terribly easy, but IT IS ABSOLUTELY POSSIBLE!

Take a moment to reflect. Are you stuck in this self-destructive pattern and really not sure how to get out of it?

Look within – there is something beautiful, someth

Look within – there is something beautiful, something sacred inside you, a space full of infinite wisdom

Toni Carmine Salerno

So many ‘aha’ moments presenting themselves to me lately. Perhaps because I have removed myself a little from the white noise of a busy life and allowed myself to ‘just be’. To seek the clarity that my mind and soul were searching for.

It truly is important to take moments in time to sit with you and you alone to allow the wisdom of your soul to speak with you, to guide you forward and present the choices that you have in front of you.

How often do you take the time to ‘just be’, to allow your soul to share it’s wisdom?

Surrender To What Is, Let Go Of What Was, And Have Faith In What Will Be.

As difficult as it may be at times, shifting your thoughts around your circumstances and surrendering to what is, can help in shifting your situation. Always remember that the Universe has your back and hard times will turn around – they always do!

Every growing period or time we go through radical

Every growing period or time we go through radical changes in our lives, creates an uncomfortable feeling within. We are shifting outside of our comfort zones into something new, something we perhaps haven’t experienced before and our subconscious tends to kick back and throw resistance out there in order to bring us back within what feels comfortable. It’s important during this time, to acknowledge this resistance, accept it for what it is and continue to move forward. This is not the time to give in! Being fully aware of this feeling, consciously making decisions to take the next step forward will bring you back into alignment with YOU and what you truly desire.

Keep going, one small step after another!
