2 Die 4 Live Foods was officially established in 2004 by Clive Lawler. Through his love for ‘slow foods’, Clive began to delve deeper in to the world of ‘eating to heal’. The deeper Clive delved, the further he found himself drawn to the ancient technique of fermentation. Beginning with fermented walnuts, the range quickly grew to include almonds, and pecans. It now includes over 20 products, all carefully fermented in 2 Die 4 Live Food’s commercial premises located in Byron Bay, NSW.
Same as 2die4’s original walnuts, just without the whey making them suitable for Vegans. A little less sweet than the original but still great!
